Ted passed away on Monday, May 31, at 6:34 p.m., at the age of 86.
Ted was the beloved father of Lori (Jay) and Margie, brother and best friend to Ev, Uncs to Pat (Greg) and Bonny, brother-in-law to Jack, Uncle Ted to Sherrie (Dan) and Cindy (Glenn), and Poppa to Hannah, Jace and Joe.
In this past year, Dad often said that he just wanted to sing. We expect that you’re doing just that. Mom, Babba, Dan and Norma have the table set and the cards dealt. Enjoy the game, Dad. At the head of our table, there will be a huge empty space where you sat with your goofy grin, your hearty appetite and your second dessert stomach.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when Dad can get the attention he so deserves from his family and friends from the Blue Bombers, The Golden Chordsmen, the Happy Homesteaders, Good Neighbours Choristers and his neighbours from Fred Douglas Place.
