Ralph Scholz is a native of Niagara Falls where he now resides with his wife Vicky and two children Haley and Tyler. His daytimer is keep quite full with his children’s sports and cottaging in northern Ontario. He is currently the president of the Hamilton Tiger Cat Alumni Association and looking forward to coaching his son’s Tyke football team in the Niagara Regional Minor Football Association.
Ralph is the Associate Director of Transportation Engineering for the Regional Municipality of Niagara. He is a professional engineer with 23 years of experience in private and public municipal engineering. Ralph completed his undergraduate engineering degree from Cornell University in Ithaca New York and is completing graduate public administration studies at the University of Western Ontario.
Football history began in 1973 with a Niagara YMCA minor football League, continued into High School and then on to Cornell University. After graduation he was the territorial exemption pick for Hamilton where he enjoyed a seven year career. All his football highlights are overshadowed by the many friendships and experiences at all levels of play.
