M c PHAIL, George At the St. Catharines General Hospital on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, George McPhail of St. Catharines, age 78 years. Husband of Maxine. Father of Deborah McPhail, Janice McPhail, Diane (Rick) McKinney. Also missed by Maxine’s children, Susan (Joe) Rigato, Ken (Shelley) Munro, Sandra (Lou) Stranges. Also survived by grandchildren. He worked for Imperial Oil for 33 years, retiring in 1986 and he was a lifetime member of the Toronto Football Officials Association. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St., Vineland, Ontario on Saturday, January 26 at 1 p.m. A reception will follow in the Tallman Fireside Room. If desired, memorial donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
