This is to let you know that we have received your company eligibility request form to add Canadian Football League Alumni Association (CFLAA/LCFAA) as a Business Associate to the Nissan Vehicle Purchase Program and that Canadian Football League Alumni Association (CFLAA/LCFAA) is eligible for the program and has been added as a Business Associate. Employees of Canadian Football League Alumni Association (CFLAA/LCFAA) are now eligible to purchase Nissan and Infiniti vehicles for a discounted price. If there are other divisions of this company, each division name must be approved for eligibility.

For more information on this program, employees of Canadian Football League Alumni Association (CFLAA/LCFAA) can log onto www.vppcanada.ca click on Business Associates and this will allow them several options to view. Employees may create their own claim form number from this Website by selecting ‘The Form’ or they can request one by calling 1-800-299-4753. They should take their claim number and proof of employment (photo ID badge, paycheck stub, or a business card) to the dealership when they purchase their vehicle.

Business Associate purchases are unlimited per fiscal year (April – March) and they are good for themselves or a spouse only. The claim form number is good for 90 days.

If you have any questions or need to update your company information for VPP, please call us at 1-800-833-4856 (Option 1), program administration. Please note this phone number is not to be given out to obtain claim numbers.

To obtain a claim form number, please log onto www.vppcanada.ca as explained above.
